Vultaire is the prefect of the floating Birdmen capital city in the sky, Avista.

Personality

While a cultured and refined birdman with generous hospitality, he is quite arrogant and thinks of all other races as primitive savages that are nowhere near as cultured or advanced as him and Birdkind. However, his views are somewhat reasonable as he has witnessed the wars and cruelty that the creatures below (especially the Cats) are capable of, and how they treat those with lesser power than them as outcasts or scum. He is also very knowledgeable and knows full well about the history of the world and the species' former subjugation under Mumm-Ra. However, his largest flaw is notably his overconfidence and arrogance, as he believes that his people's technology will keep them safe from Mumm-Ra and that only the surface dwellers are at risk. He is also shown to be unfair in competion (as seen when he was cheating in his flight match against Tygra).

Appearance

He is a tall vulture Birdman wearing only refined looking bottoms and a gold medallion with a red-eye gem around his neck. He is quite muscular, but is not much of a fighter and is mostly bald like most vultures. He has some similarity to his 80 counterpart but they vary (Particularly since the current version has wings, while the 80 version does not.) and has a more crooked beak.
