Sword of Omens (ThunderCats Roar)

The Sword of Omens is the legendary sword of the ThunderCats, used by the Lord of the ThunderCats.

History[]

While much of it's history has never been revealed, Jaga had previously used it when Thundera was still around. Used against Ratar-O, first defeating Ratar-O equipped with the Rat's Eye daggers and then equipped with the Sword of Plun-Darr.

Later, after Thundera exploded, Lion-O was given the sword. While early on, Lion-O was not very good at using it's magic powers, he got by using it as a normal sword.

Physical Description[]

The sword contains the Eye of Thundera, the source of its power, which can be seen in the hilt of the sword.

Powers and Abilities[]

It holds magical powers besides being a sword.

Here is a list of abilities/commands that can be performed:

To enlarge the sword for combat - "Thunder", repeat to get larger sword (from episodes: "Exodus, Part 2", )
To summon the ThunderCats - "Thunder, Thunder, ThunderCats Ho! (from episode: "The Legend of Boggy Ben")
To saw from far - "Sword of Omens, give me sight beyond sight"(from episode:"Lost Sword")
Red Laser Light - Flip switch on side of hilt and on the opposite side of the Eye of Thundera (from episode:"Secret of the Unicorn")
To get it back - "Sword of Omen, come to my hand" (from episode:"Lion-S")
