Jorma is a dog who is very familiar with technology.
History
He's first seen selling technology to Lion-O at his store in the slums of Thundera. The pair have apparently known each other for a long time.
Jorma is later reunited with Lion-O in the City of Dogs, where he had apparently fled to after the fall of Thundera. He showed Lion-O, Tygra and Panthro, where machinery fell from the sky.
