Jim Meskimen (born 10 September 1959, California, USA) is an accomplished actor, improviser and voice artist. He appeared on the British series "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1988) several times, and was a recurring character on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" (1990) for two seasons. He has worked with director Ron Howard on five of his films. He has also worked in two films by director Paul Thomas Anderson.

Jim is also a professional artist and he designed dozens of characters, weapons and vehicles for the ThunderCats (original series) cartoons. On the new ThunderCats (2011 TV series) show, he provides voices for a number of characters including Ponzi, Aburn and a number of minor characters.
