A Fire Extinguisher was used by Quicksilver when first dealing with the Combustion Crystal and the mob in SilverHawks episode "Flashback".

A first responder item in the case of a fire, a fire extinguisher was with Quicksilver when first discovering the Combustion Crystal. Mon*Star knowing that the Combustion Crystal needed a bit of time to build up the fire ball around it, interfered with Quicksilvers attempts to spray the fire out. QuickSilver delivered a blast of it on the Limo the mob was in, tempararly blinding the pilot. Ultimately, it didn't stop the Mob for setting up the Combustion Crystal.
